Estimated Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed, fulfilled and shipped within five to seven business days of order receipt. Keep in mind that this is the average time before your order ships. Your order may ship a bit sooner or later, depending on what's currently in queue at the time your order is received.
During checkout, you'll choose the delivery method you want and receive an estimate of the associated shipping fees. Actual shipping fees may vary slightly.
Returns and Refunds
We will refund the purchase price of any item bought from our website that is returned to us within 30 days of purchase — as long as it is unused and in NEW condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be credited the purchase price of the item (in the same manner that you paid) once we receive the returned item along with a note explaining the reason for return.
If any item in your shipment is damaged or missing from your order, you must notify us within three days of receiving your shipment in order to receive a replacement item.
